Paradise Valley North Little League ("Organization," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit organization committed to positively impacting youth and communities using the power of youth baseball and/or softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. We offer an optional text messaging (SMS/MMS) program to provide timely support communications to those who choose to enroll.

Our text messaging program is used exclusively for customer support purposes โ including responding to your inquiries, following up on support requests, and providing important account or donation-related information.
How to Enroll
You may opt in to receive text messages from us by:
- Completing a web form that includes an SMS opt-in checkbox and providing your mobile phone number
- Texting a designated keyword to our short code or long code number
- Providing your verbal or written consent during direct communications with our team
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Paradise Valley North Little League at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation, purchase, or service.

This program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Participating carriers may include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier service outages.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates. Paradise Valley North Little League is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Data Used for Text Messaging
Your mobile phone number is collected and stored solely for the purpose of sending you the messages described above. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates charged by your carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
TCPA Compliance
Our text messaging program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. We obtain express written consent before sending any non-emergency text messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

Payment Information
When you make a donation or purchase, we collect payment card information necessary to process your transaction. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
We retain a record of the transaction โ including amount, date, and the last four digits of your payment method โ for accounting, tax reporting, and donor acknowledgment purposes. This information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
For recurring donations, your payment processor securely stores the payment credentials necessary to fulfill future transactions in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.
